Gertrude

Nicole did an internship at Life Action in Buchanan, Michigan last summer. While she was there she found an old bike at a garage sale, which she has affectionately named "Gertude."



Gertrude needs a little sprucing up. Since spring is quickly approaching, Nicole has decided it's time to start cleaning her bike.



She keeps Ed company in the garage as he works on his project vehicle. Nicole's dream is to live in an area where she can ride Gertrude to work. She is also searching for wire baskets that can hang on either side of the back tire.

These pictures were taken a few weeks ago. I'm sitting in the airport waiting to board a plane to Tucson and noticed I hadn't posted these yet. My blog has lain dormant for far too long as well.

We get to celebrate a wedding and my mother in law's 90th birthday in Tucson this next week. Should be fun to hang out with family for a few days.
