Rice Heating Bag

I have made rice bags before that you heat in the microwave. They are so easy and very useful for ones tired, aching muscles. I have used flannel, fleece and even hand towels. I have never made any as pretty as this though.



I found this today on Modify Tradition, a blog with tutorials for modern quilt blocks, etc. They have a tutorial for making these bags here. I may just have to make one of these.
