Our bedroom

I cleaned our bedroom the other day. It was a disaster!! And for those of you who know the guy who shares my room - it was not all his fault! We'd both left too many things piled around, and I had not dusted or vacuumed in far too long.



But even with the room clean, it still seems like it's a mess. There are too many extra things still lurking around in there.



My sewing stuff for one.



The exercise bike and pictures that should be hung. As well as all the other junk you probably don't care to see. Now that the room is somewhat picked up, I am motivated to sort and get rid of extra "stuff" and move things out that don't belong in our bedroom. What is the motivation you ask?

After being married for almost 30 years, we are finally getting a whole bedroom set!



A new bed. Ours will be like this except for open slates across the top of the head board and foot board.



Two new dressers. This is one of them. Ours will have all drawers on the front of it.



And two matching bedside tables and lamps. We only have five more weeks or so to wait for them to be delivered. Pretty exciting for us to have one room of all matched furniture!
