My mom and her friend Linda came today for a visit. Since Matt and Sonya were coming over for dinner and for Ed and Matt to work on his car, mom made apple dumplings and apple pie. Nicole needed "process pictures" for a project at school. She decided it would be good to document the process of making apple dumplings. They were delicious too!
